RETURN POLICY

Ecokari – A Brand by AAB Ventures always strives to offer a brilliant shopping experience. Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns
To return a product or report any damage in transit, please contact our customer service department within 48 hours of delivery at +91 8451936406 (WhatsApp) from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST) or email us at contacts@ecokari.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and an image of the incorrectly delivered or defective item.
Our customer support representatives will examine the problem and reply to you within 72 working hours.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at contacts@ecokari.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with the product and the purchase bill. Then mail your return to the following address:

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on discounted items or items that are delivered in great condition as per the order.
  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
  • Complimentary freebies are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • We are unable to issue refunds if we are given a wrong or incomplete shipping address if our shipping agency performs three failed delivery attempts and/or if the parcel is refused by the destination.
